At Bell Electric, We take pride in who we hire and who works for us. We are a TEAM and each employee from the owner to field leads are equal. We share knowledge and talk almost daily before and after work to keep each other up today with different jobs, different issues in the field and different solutions. Our owner says "strength is in skill not numbers" so keeping everyone learning and understanding only makes us a better company, better employees, thus better service for our customers. 

When it comes to our residential service and commercial calls, we take it personal. We understand that 99% of the time the customer just wants to repair the issue at fault. Not get sold in to a new panel or surge protector, Re-wire, etc. So none of our techs are sale / commission based. They are there to simply find the issue, show you the problem, give you a solution and make the repair. No up sales, no scare tactics, no gibberish.
